All major cards accepted, including Amex.


All prices are VAT inclusive.


All appointments are subject to our 24 hours cancellation policy. We may ask for a deposit for colouring services or group bookings which will be deducted from your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable in case of booking cancellations within less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.


Complimentary fringe maintenance and Quickstyle maintenance is included with every Precision Cut for members.


If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment and we'll be more than happy to help.


Blade Soho Ltd will in no way be responsible for any lost, missing, stolen or damaged personal items.


Bar service is available only to customers visiting in relation to a hair appointment or to bar members and their guests. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at all times.

What information do we collect about you?


We collect your contact information when you make a booking for our services, or your address, contact and date of birth information when you register for our membership.

Website usage information is collected using cookies.


How will we use the information about you?


We collect information about you to:

1. process your appointment bookings and provide our services

2. satisfy Westminster City Council legal requirements for keeping information about the members of our members' bar

We will never share your information with anyone, for any purposes, unless requested to do so by the Westminster City Council or other relevant authorities.

We may use your details to contact you about your booking, take appointment deposits, send you text appointment reminders, keep your appointment and colour/treatment records and follow up on the services we have provided.

We will store the information securely only as long as the consent is valid or as long as required in case of any statutory retention obligations.




We currently do not engage in any email, text or direct mail marketing.

In future, if we would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you, we will ask for your consent first.

If you consent to receive our marketing, you will be able to opt out at a later date.

You will always have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.


Access to your information for correction or removal


You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us or write to us at the address in the contact section below.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date.

You may ask us to correct or remove your information if you think is inaccurate, or for any other reason.

Request for removal of members' information will result in immediate membership termination, as per Westminster City Council requirements.
